You will be supporting the Studio Director and Project Lead applying your design and documentation skills across all project phases from Schematic to DA to Construction stage, across multiple jobs ranging from luxury boutique residential to large-scale landmark mixed-use tower projects.

Key responsibilities Work in the design and documentation phases of projects of varying scales ranging from luxury residential, to hotel, multi-residential and mixed-use towers Contribute heavily to the design development to realise the design objectives and surpass client's expectations Work closely with Design Director/Lead Architect and autonomously at times Prepare DA and CD packages autonomously and in a team Skills and experience Qualifications in Architecture operating at expereinced Graduate/recently registered architect level Experience working across all stages, predominantly from DA/DD to CD Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Revit Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a design team Multi-residential/Hotel experience advantageous Benefits and culture Friendly and supportive culture with positive progression opportunity Exciting landmark design projects Recent office space in the CBD Consultant Luke Russo Reference number:
