The Opportunity Are you an experienced leader with a passion for building high‐performing teams? We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of our water infrastructure rehabilitation projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and hands‐on leadership, guiding teams to meet safety, quality, financial, and time targets. You will oversee project planning, contract reviews, and financial approvals while fostering a high‐performance culture through coaching and mentoring. Additionally, you will work closely with Business Development Managers to foster strong client relationships, resolve complex challenges, and drive successful project outcomes. You will also contribute strategically to business growth by identifying future opportunities, planning ahead for long‐term success, building lasting partnerships, and proactively supporting the development of new business. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Field Crew.
