You will keep the game flowing, set up big plays, and make sure every move is clean, rapid, and on target. Key Plays Get prepped and ready before the whistle blows Ensuring staff are allocated sections and secondary duties throughout their shifts, as well as managing general kitchen operations in conjunction with the Sous and Head Chef. Run your station with precision Plate up like a boss Keep cool in the heat and push through the pressure Work side-by-side with your team to keep the play flowing What You'll Bring Certificate III/IV or Diploma in a commercial cookery field, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience Ability to handle the heat and keep cool during game time.
