Regulatory Delivery Lead — Enterprise Risk (Queensland)

Location Brisbane About the Role This role sits within Enterprise Risk, focusing on the delivery of governance-heavy regulatory initiatives. You will coordinate complex programs of work that impact the broader organisation, ensuring strong oversight, structure, and attention to detail. Working closely with senior leaders and an experienced Scrum Master, you will guide delivery while influencing outcomes across multiple teams. What You'll Do Lead delivery of regulatory and governance-focused initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within agreed scope and budget. Engage senior stakeholders across the business, navigating complex expectations and maintaining alignment on priorities and delivery progress. Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting structures, and documentation to support transparent and compliant delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, enabling clear planning, prioritisation, and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives. Identify delivery risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain programme stability and outcomes. Financial accountability
- accountability for financial management, including tracking budgets, forecasting and ensuring value delivery. Take ownership of structured Agile delivery cadence / rituals, internal reporting cycles and execution discipline. What You'll Bring At least 6 years' experience leading delivery in financial services or top consulting environments, with exposure to large-scale programmes. Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, including navigating challenging conversations and maintaining productive relationships. Solid understanding of governance and regulatory delivery, with experience in structured reporting, controls, or compliance environments would be beneficial but is not essential. Experience applying Agile delivery practices, with the ability to adapt them to governance-heavy programmes of work.
