Rental Operations Agent / Customer Service Representative (Fulltime) Working for our world-famous Car Rentals brand based at Brisbane Rocklea, this role combines face‐to‐face customer service with back‐office responsibilities. About the Role As a Rental Operations Agent you will handle all aspects of the rental process: interacting with customers on the counter, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand, completing rental bookings, inspecting vehicles for damages, and assisting with vehicle cleaning in the wash bay. What you'll do Interact with customers face‐to‐face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand. Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings. Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards. Inspect vehicles for any damage from previous rentals. What we're looking for Full and valid driver's licence. Open availability to work days and weekends. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles. Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. About the Role The Lead Rental Sales Agent is the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general inquiries. What you'll do Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening. Assist with leadership duties. Review add‐on services to determine best fit for the customer. Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively. Complete rental bookings swiftly, efficiently and accurately. Answer customer questions and inquiries. What we're looking for Full and valid driver's licence. Availability to work on a rotational roster that includes weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Ability to work in a fast‐paced workplace while delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles.
