About The Role BMD Constructions is seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of the project’s Quality Management Plan, ensuring all works are delivered in line with contractual, regulatory and company standards. In this role you will take ownership of quality systems on site, working closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support a "get it right first time" culture. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Quality Management Plan
- Ensure compliance with project, contractual and ISO quality requirements
- Manage quality systems, processes and documentation across project sites
- Conduct audits, inspections and monitoring to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Coordinate non-conformances (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution
- Review and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation
- Support project teams to deliver works in accordance with specifications and standards
- Lead quality reporting, including lot management and compliance tracking
- Work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors and independent verifiers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and processes
- Lead and mentor quality personnel, including inspectors and representatives
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture aligned with project and company values About You
- Degree or qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality role within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Experience managing audits, inspections and non-conformances (NCRs)
- Ability to lead teams and influence positive quality outcomes on site
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
- Experience working with subcontractors, clients and regulatory requirements
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
