- Start Date: 18 May 2026
- Location: Brisbane CBD – easy access to public transport
- Contract: 3 months, with possibility for extension or permanent role
- Hours: Full-time, rotating 9-week roster cycle
- Pay: $35.15 per hour + super, paid weekly Roster & Operating Hours
- 9-day fortnight pattern with 3 consecutive days off
- Operating hours: 6:00am – 8:00pm
- Day shifts: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Weekend coverage: 9:00am – 4:00pm (as part of a rotating roster) What’s in it for you?

- Handling inbound customer inquiries relating to motor insurance policies
- Providing clear, friendly policy advice and product information
- Processing payments and updating customer details accurately
- Navigating multiple systems to keep information up to date
- Logging every interaction to maintain excellent service standards Who We’re Looking For
- Genuine, proactive individuals passionate about customer care
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Previous call centre or phone-based insurance customer service experience (highly regarded)
- Available to start on 18 May and commit to the full contract term
