About the Role

This part‐time position will have you working Tuesday‐Friday, 8am‐4pm, carrying out various maintenance tasks around the village.

You'll be responsible for liaising with your fellow maintenance team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard and using our system app to log, track, and record job progress.

You'll also be required to attend to various maintenance requests, including basic domestic repair tasks, and assist with groundskeeping duties.

Your Requirements

A genuine interest in learning current skills, being outdoors and hands‐on who will enjoy chatting with residents

Skilled or experienced in domestic repair or handyperson tasks (e.g., painting) (highly desired)

Automatic driver's licence (required)

Two (2) COVID‐19 vaccinations (required)

Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one we can complete for you)
