Job Description

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment allocations.

Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to address queries and ensure smooth transactions.

Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow.

Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

Demonstrated experience in a similar, high-volume environment.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
