A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator: As an OSHC Educator, no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in creating a positive and engaging experience for children before and after school. Your day may include: Providing nurturing care for children Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all Maintain positive working relationships with all team members Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Job Requirements: Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) or working towards would be desirable First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations Experience in the education and care of children Effective oral and written communication within the workplace Our benefits include: Market-competitive salary
