The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our Brisbane Property team on a full-time basis working alongside Edwina Reynolds. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives on keeping complex transactions moving smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Opening and closing files;
- Coordinating team meetings and events;
- Mail merging documents and formatting;
- Archiving; and Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a legal assistant. Property experience will be desirable but not essential. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills with a client service focus. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong attention to detail and have a proven history of meeting deadlines. Please note, the standard working hours for this role are between 8:30am to 5pm.
