As part of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our dental customers, building strong relationships over the phone and delivering a standout service experience. You’ll manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls, supporting customers with:
- Product enquiries and recommendations
- Orders, returns and quotes
- Promotions, new products and relevant activities You’ll also contribute to sales opportunities through confident, value‑based conversations and accurate administration.
