We are currently partnering with a large, values‑driven organisation to recruit multiple opportunities within their Employee Relations and Workforce Strategy team. These roles offer the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative People & Culture setting supporting complex and meaningful employee relations matters across a large and diverse workforce. Opportunities are available at varying levels including:
- Case Advisor
- Senior Case Advisor
- Case Resolution Lead These positions would suit experienced Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or HR professionals who enjoy case management, investigations, stakeholder engagement and providing practical workplace advice within complex organisational environments. About the Roles Working as part of a specialised ER function, these roles will support leaders across a broad range of employee relations matters including:
- Performance management
- Conduct and disciplinary matters
- Workplace investigations
- Grievances and complaints
- Industrial and employment relations advice
- Interpretation of awards, enterprise agreements and legislation
- Coaching and supporting leaders through complex people matters
- Supporting fair, compliant and timely case resolution processes The more senior opportunities will also involve:
- Managing complex and high‑risk cases
- Fair Work Commission matters and conciliation support
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Oversight of case management frameworks and reporting About You To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- Experience within Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, HR Advisory or Workplace Relations
- Strong investigation and case management experience
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills
- The ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters professionally
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- A calm, practical and solutions‑focused approach Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employment Relations or Law will be highly regarded. Ideal Backgrounds We are interested in speaking with candidates from:
