- Create fun, engaging, play-based learning opportunities
- Guide children as they explore, discover and grow

When you apply for our Casual Educator Pool, you’re expressing interest in being considered for casual shifts as they become available throughout the year. It’s not a single vacancy, instead, you join a group of educators we call on when we need support due to staff leave, busy periods or additional coverage. It means:
- You choose your preferred days and hours
- We offer shifts that align with your availability
- You’ll work across different rooms and age groups
- You can gain experience, build relationships, and explore the centre before committing to permanent work (if you ever choose to) It’s the perfect option if you want flexibility, variety and meaningful work
- without a locked-in roster. About You: You're passionate about early education and creating meaningful learning experiences. You thrive in a community where every child is valued. You will require:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Knowledge of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and National Quality Standards.
- Blue Card (Child Related Employment)
