About CV Asset Services CV Asset Services specialises in delivering reliable HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumping, building, and fire maintenance solutions to critical infrastructure across Queensland including airports, defence, facilities managers, shopping centres, builders, developers, and Federal and State Government departments. About The Opportunity As our new Electrical Estimator, you’ll play a key role in the growth and success of our Asset Services division. You’ll be responsible for: Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for Electrical projects and maintenance contracts Coordinating and organising complex tender submissions Identifying and managing risks and opportunities throughout the estimating and submission process Interpreting mechanical plans and specifications and performing detailed take-offs Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure competitive pricing Actively seeking and pursuing growth opportunities by developing strong relationships with customers and industry partners About You Experience in Electrical estimating (maintenance, construction, or building services) Solid knowledge of AS3000 / 3008 Solid knowledge of Electrical systems, materials, and installation practices Proven ability to prepare quotations for projects of all sizes and collaborate across multiple service lines Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software (or excellent general computer skills) Exceptional time management and organisational abilities to manage competing tenders and deadlines What We Offer At CV, you’ll be part of a collaborative team culture with plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your skills.
