Technical Business Analyst / Solutions Architect

Brisbane | Hybrid Working Model (3 days office / 2 days home) | Initial 6-month contract | Likely extensions.

Key Responsibilities Engage stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements. Develop and present solution options for project scope items. Support decision‑making through sponsor and SteerCo forums. Contribute to project change notices including recommended solutions, cost, and schedule impacts. Work closely with technical teams across integration‑heavy environments and enterprise platforms. Collaborate with architects, engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience Robust experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect. Experience working within integration‑heavy enterprise environments. Exposure to LMS platforms, data platforms, APIs, or interconnected systems. Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solution design. Experience working across large‑scale transformation or technology projects.

Working Arrangement

Hybrid working model with 3 days onsite in Brisbane office.
