Our express staff play an key role ensuring that our customers get the best service possible. Services are getting busier and busier, and we need more team members to help assist with the daily dispatch of our coaches, process bookings, meet & greet our passengers as well as assisting with enquiries from our customers about all the services we operate nationally. This means working in a busy 7-day customer service team on a roster interacting daily with our customers. A great attitude, professional presentation and a can-do attitude will see you succeed in this role. We are proudly a 100% Australian family-owned business, operating since 1966. We work with peak sporting bodies and teams, amazing event companies, schools, corporate customers, and provide daily express services between Canberra – Sydney, Canberra – South Coast, Canberra – Wollongong, Brisbane – Toowoomba – Chinchilla, St George, Cunnamulla, Lightening Ridge. To be considered we’d like you to have the following skills:
- Great communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Work effectively in a team and independently
- Good computer skills
- Call Centre experience a plus
- An eagerness to learn, use initiative and develop skills
- Language other than English a plus
