- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Strong written communication, teamwork and collaboration capability
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills, including the ability to use workplace technologies, digital communication tools and AI tools effectively and responsibly
- Customer focus and a positive and proactive approach to interacting with our community
- Understanding of and commitment to safe behaviours that keep our workplace healthy
- Strong time management, multi‑tasking, investigative, analytical and research skills
- Drive to achieve development goals, plans and work across a variety of systems and projects to achieve team outcomes
