- Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with colour machine operation (highly regarded)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read/write effectively
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety practices
- Physically fit – must be able to pass a fitness assessment
- Reliable transport to Darra for 4am start
