The Opportunity Our Lysaght business is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Service Team based in Archerfield, QLD. Made in Australia since ****, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects. What Will You Do?
- Manage your customer portfolio via phone and email, providing tailored solutions to customers, reporting, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide quotes and respond to queries; prepare and enter customer orders into our operating system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, warehouse, and sales departments) to meet or exceed customer expectations and requirements.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including compliance with relevant regulations, and update all necessary systems that manage orders.
- Manage the relationship with logistics providers and internal stakeholders, working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolve issues, and seek ways to enhance the customer’s experience. More About You
