Full Time Chef The Plough Inn Brisbane (Queensland)

The Plough Inn is looking for an additional experienced Chef to join the team within an energetic, friendly environment. You will work with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. You will help us deliver a high-quality kitchen experience and thrive in a rapid-paced workplace. Responsibilities
- Manage your own section and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service.
- Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality.
- Work 5 days a week across a 7-day operation, accommodating a rotating roster from Mon to Sun.
- Maintain immaculate grooming and pride in presentation.
- Adhere to Food Hygiene compliance, knowledge and practices. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a qualified commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles.
- Must have equivalent qualifications or trade experience.
- Flexible, willing attitude with clear communication and customer‑service skills.
- Impeccable grooming and pride in presentation.
