About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators and team leaders to join a number of our rapid-paced production teams based in Geebung. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining quality and efficiency in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery

Ensure products meet quality standards

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Follow workplace health and safety procedures

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting

Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks

Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)

Must have full working rights in Australia
