Full job description

Mainly evening shifts, potentially some lunch shifts available. Cocktail list in place, must have experience holding down a busy bar. If you know mezcal, you win a gold star.

You will be:

– preparing cocktails, pouring beers, wines and spirits

– serving tables

– cleaning and organising

– receiving and rotating stock

You will be expected to punch out delicious cocktails at a rapid pace, experience necessary.

Requirements: Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred Ability to work under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Flexible availability, including weekends if needed
