Lead Water Treatment Process Engineer Location: Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast Responsibilities
- Play a leadership role in process planning and design for water treatment infrastructure.
- Deliver high‑quality process investigations, analysis, and design across the full design lifecycle.
- Be recognized as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Lead and win work and market‑led innovative offerings; take a leading role in driving proposals and pursuit strategy.
- Provide technical governance and design reviews.
- Mentor and coach developing team members. Qualifications
- Engineering degree and RPEQ, or ability to obtain.
- Significant relevant experience in water treatment process engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in operation, planning, and/or design of water treatment process infrastructure and associated works.
- Experience in leading and supporting the delivery of bids for local and national clients.
- Desire to support the development and mentoring of graduate and developing engineers.
