- Real Impact – Play a key role in developing our future workforce and supporting employees on site. The Role
- Coordinate apprenticeship programs, including engagement, onboarding, and training agreements
- Liaise with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to support training delivery and compliance
- Administer the graduate program lifecycle, ensuring a structured and positive experience
- Manage company housing processes, including tenancy agreements, allocations, and inspections
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislative and organisational requirements
- Support reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement of workforce programs
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers About you You’re organised, proactive, and love being the person who makes things happen. You take pride in getting the details right, but you also see the bigger picture, how your work supports people and the business.
- Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in administration or HR support, ideally within a fast‑paced or operational environment.
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A confident communicator who builds strong working relationships and takes a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to work a DIDO roster onsite.
- Experience in mining, resources, training coordination, or workforce programs is a bonus – not a must.
