Job Summary Production Supervisor for the Afternoon Shift (4:00pm-12:30am) at Inghams Primary Processing site, Murarrie, QLD. Responsible for overseeing smooth, safe and productive production processes, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team to meet production goals
- Ensure compliance is met across safety and food safety standards
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
- Provide hands‑on support to the team, fostering collaboration and productivity
- Oversee training and development to build team capability
- Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines and achieve efficiency targets
- Report on production outcomes and elevate issues as required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a high‑volume manufacturing or production workplace
- Experience in food production or meat processing is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and team‑building skills
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding workplace
