Job Description Our Outside School Hours Care service, Earnshaw State College Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate Educator to assist with providing engaging programs for our primary‑age children. This is a permanent part‑time opportunity offering 10 hours per week (guaranteed minimum). You will work across split shifts to support our operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:40pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too! About the role
- Facilitate an engaging child‑centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
- Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite.
- Maintain your work‑life balance – set days and hours with time off in the middle of the day; ideal for students or those balancing other commitments.
- Work at one location – build strong relationships with the school, children, staff, and community. Who are we looking for?

- Strong and explicit communication.
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children.
