- Lead and support a new team actioning billing activities, setting transparent expectations, routines, and ways of working from day one.
- Coach, develop, and engage team members, building capability and confidence during a period of operational transition.
- Oversee day‑to‑day policy support activity, ensuring quality outcomes, smooth workflows, and effective issue resolution.
- Embed consistent processes, performance discipline, and continuous improvement practices as the team embeds.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations and distribution to ensure seamless service and knowledge transfer. What You’ll Bring
