PappaRich is a Malaysian food brand dedicated to delivering authentic, high‑quality cuisine. We aim to showcase Malaysian culture through carefully crafted dishes made with traditional recipes and fresh produce.

Responsibilities Preparing, seasoning, and cooking a wide range of dishes using traditional and up-to-date cooking techniques. Assist in planning menus and estimating food requirements and costs. Ensure food preparation and presentation meet quality and consistency standards. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations in compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with Food Authority hygiene and safety regulations. Assist in developing recent menu items and seasonal specials. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to ensure efficient service. Ensure proper storage of food and minimize waste.

Essential Skills & Key Competencies Robust knowledge of commercial kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. Ability to prepare and cook high‑quality meals in a quick‑paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Ability to manage multiple orders and maintain consistency during busy service periods. Robust teamwork and communication skills within a kitchen environment. Ability to maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.

Experience Required Minimum 1 year experience as a Cook in a fast‑paced restaurant or similar environment. Certificate III/IV or higher in Commercial Cookery and Kitchen Management. Relevant hospitality or culinary training is advantageous. Food Safety / Food Handling Certificate is preferred.

Additional Requirements (Soft Skills) Robust attention to detail and passion for cooking. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends. Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.

Compensation & Work Location
