About the Role
Manage end‑to‑end maintenance operations by coordinating repairs, overseeing contractor performance, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes. As a Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will lead routine, entry, and exit inspections, contributing to proactive maintenance planning. You’ll triage tenant requests via Bricks + Agent, maintain accurate records in Property Tree, and deliver clear, skilled communication to residents, contractors, and owners alike.
Key Responsibilities Manage maintenance requests with timely responses and explicit communication. Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections across residential and rooming properties. Coordinate contractors and ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective outcomes. Maintain accurate records in Property Tree and internal systems. Liaise with tenants and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Skills & Experience Unrestricted work rights in Australia. Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (ideal for those ready for a junior property management role). Tech‑savvy and confident with property management systems – experience with Property Tree highly regarded. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. Proven ability to meet KPIs across maintenance coordination, inspections, and reporting.
