This is a key role working across the dining floor, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a quick-paced, premium CBD setting. You'll work within a close-knit front‑of‑house team, reporting to a Restaurant Supervisor and receiving dedicated monthly appraisals & real skilled support!

Responsibilities Leading service from the bar to ensure smooth execution and consistently high standards. Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of front‑of‑house team members. Working closely with kitchen and floor teams to maintain solid service flow. Handling guest feedback with professionalism, care and attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience Proven FOH leadership experience in a premium or fine dining setting. Robust team management, coaching and communication skills. Experience with rostering, recruitment and staff development. Genuine passion for food, beverage and exceptional guest experience.
