Role Purpose Drive guest satisfaction in service and take excellent pride in the delivery of incredible flavours and food experiences Foster a culture of innovation and breaking the norm Provide hands‑on support to junior members of the kitchen staff Collaborate closely with the F&B; service team and all departments of the hotel Promote and be accountable for WH&S; in our sparkling kitchens Articulate ideas via the creation of seasonal and promotional menus Support the effective procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food Lead by example whilst nurturing and developing the team around you

Skills and Experience A technical talent and experience with contemporary cuisine Demonstrated experience in a contemporary dining setting Sound knowledge of WH&S; legislation and health regulations Super cool nature under pressure High attention to detail and well organised Ability to work across a 7‑day roster, shift work including early mornings and late evenings Career ambition to continued personal and qualified growth The ability to train and develop your team
