At Richglen Maintenance Services, we deliver safe, effective, and high-quality maintenance solutions across Central Queensland. With a robust pipeline of upcoming shutdowns, we are seeking experienced Supervisors, Mechanical Fitters, Boilermakers & Riggers to join our growing team.

Upcoming Shutdowns

Richglen has multiple shutdown opportunities across Daly Bay, German Creek, Foxleigh, Hay Point, Saraji, and Hail Creek , running from April through to November 2026 .

These works include a range of CHPP and port shutdowns , offering opportunities across various trades and skillsets.

April – May: Shutdown works commencing at Daly Bay and German Creek

June – August: Projects at Foxleigh, Saraji & Hay Point

August – October: Extended shutdowns at Hail Creek & Rolleston

Roster and duration will vary depending on site and project requirements.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced:

Mechanical Fitters

Boilermakers

Riggers

Other shutdown support roles

About You

Previous experience in mining, CHPP, or heavy industry shutdowns

Relevant trade qualifications and/or tickets

Strong safety focus and work ethic

Enjoy working in and contributing to a team workplace

Tickets & Requirements

Candidates must hold (or be willing to obtain):

Standard 11

Coal Board Medical

Relevant Trade Qualification (where applicable)

Working at Heights

Confined Space

Gas Test Atmospheres
