About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Qualified Barber to join our busy regional shop in Bundaberg. With a high volume of local and visiting clientele, we need a qualified who can deliver precision cuts and exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality haircuts including skin fades, scissor work, and clipper work.

Provide traditional cut-throat razor shaves and premium beard grooming services.

Conduct client consultations to recommend styles and maintenance products.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workstation independently.

Essential Selection Criteria

Qualification: Certificate III in Barbering (SHB30516) or equivalent trade qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time industry experience.

Technical Skills: Mastery of all up-to-date and classic cutting techniques and face-shaving.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Local Applicants: Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are strongly encouraged to apply.

Overseas Applicants: Employer sponsorship (e.g., Subclass 482 or 494) may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates where a local worker is not available.
