No lengthy onboarding About the Client Our client is a specialist civil and infrastructure contractor delivering a broad range of services across roadworks, earthworks, utilities and subdivision projects.
Supporting both public and private sector developments, they are known for their hands-on approach, contemporary equipment fleet and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing They are currently seeking a customer service officer with administration experience to join their team in Petrie!
This is a long-term position, working Monday Friday 9am to 5am.
Your main responsibilities on site will be: Taking control of incoming calls and enquiries Booking inspections for the team to attend Processing and invoicing payments Liasing with various clients Dealing with phones, email and in person enquiries Scheduling and managing workflow management Working closely with project coordinators.
Administration duties as required What You Will Need Drivers licence and reliable transport Strong customer service or administrative experience Solid attitude and a willingness to learn Previous experience with scheduling and the above duties.
