Production & Packing Operator (Queensland)

Alphapharm Pty. Ltd. Viatris is looking for a full‐time permanent Operator to join the Carole Park Manufacturing Team. The role operates on a Monday to Friday rotating roster and includes a $2,000 new starter stay bonus (half paid at 6 months and the remainder at one year). Responsibilities Execute the Operations Schedule and department plans on a daily basis. Identify and report issues or constraints in the work area, proposing solutions as required. Participate in improvement projects to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes. Manage work efficiently and cost‐effectively to meet operational plans and targets. Maintain the required level of skill and competency relevant to the job role and its development. Ensure cGMP compliance by following company policies and procedures. Complete GMP documentation to cGMP standards. Report any deviations in processing or procedures immediately. Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. Attend OE workshops and training sessions. Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following instructions and processes, and by reporting any injury, hazard or illness promptly. Perform tasks on digital operating systems such as SAP and MES. Carry out other duties as requested by the manager and/or the department manager. Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives. Qualifications Strong problem‐solving skills. Neat handwriting and clear documentation. Initiative and a \"can‐do\" attitude. Experience in a similar workplace (preferred). Ability to read and follow instructions. Ability to calculate and solve mathematical problems using a calculator. Ability to interpret and plot numbers on charts. Understanding of the importance of strict, government‐enforced procedures.
