Responsibilities Operate machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with site requirements. Assist with general labouring and site support tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors. Conduct pre-start checks and basic machinery maintenance. Adhere to WHS standards and company safety policies. Report hazards, equipment issues or delays promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a construction environment. Relevant machinery tickets or licenses (excavator, loader, roller, skid steer). Strong understanding of secure operating procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work setting.
