Job description Chef | Aged Care | Casual Shifts | Block Booking Location: Burnside QLD Work Type: Casual shifts Salary: $39 per hour base rate What You'll Do: Prepare delicious, nutritious meals: Cook balanced meals that cater to the individual dietary needs and preferences of our residents. Ensure food safety and hygiene: Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure meals are prepared and served safely. Support menu planning: Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menus that align with the nutritional requirements and tastes of our residents. Manage kitchen operations: Oversee food storage, inventory management, and meal preparation processes to keep everything running smoothly. Create a positive setting: Contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that ensures meals are a highlight of the day for our residents. What You Bring: Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or a similar qualification (essential). Previous experience in a commercial kitchen ********* Influenza Vaccine Record.
