Responsibilities Lead a team of food creators to deliver excellence in food nutrition. Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents to enjoy meals with others. Produce nutritious and healthy meals that enrich residents' lives. Ensure food handling and hygiene standards are adhered to and menus cater to individual needs. Train and mentor kitchen team to expected standards. Qualifications Commercial cookery qualification. Experience in a similar role; aged care experience an advantage. Robust team player with passion for nutritious and delicious food. High standards of food preparation, service quality and hygiene. Ability to adapt menus to diverse individual requirements.
