The Role As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of large-scale construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Commercial Managers, you will take ownership of all contract and financial administration across your assigned projects. Key responsibilities: Full administration of head contracts and subcontractor packages Procurement, tendering, and letting of subcontract works Managing variations, progress claims, and extensions of time Cost reporting, forecasting, and project financial tracking Maintaining contract compliance and documentation accuracy Liaising with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors Supporting monthly reporting and project commercial reviews Ensuring risk is identified, managed, and commercially mitigated About You You are a driven CA who thrives in a fast-paced, structured Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment and enjoys being close to major project delivery.
