What We're Looking For You're a confident leader who takes ownership and thrives in a team environment. You know how to plan ahead, drive progress on‐site, and keep things running safely, smoothly, and on time. Proven ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, aligning on safety, quality, and productivity. A proactive planner — you manage your own look‐ahead and keep projects on track. You enjoy a fast‐paced environment with diverse challenges that help you grow. You're hands‐on, present on‐site, and work closely with your team to achieve shared goals. Excellent communicator — you build trust and rapport with everyone on‐site. Solid IT proficiency, including the use of construction and compliance software tools. Proven experience as a Foreman on projects of similar scale and complexity to McNab (across both structure and finishes). Carpentry trade background. It will be your priority to achieve overall safe management, performance and successful delivery of projects on time and on budget, progressing your career while doing it!
