- Bar to lead one of the most exciting bar experiences on the Gold Coast. Someone who understands atmosphere as much as operations. A natural host with sharp instincts, high standards and a genuine love for people, culture and nightlife. You’ll lead from the floor — setting the tone, building the team, driving service and creating nights guests talk about long after they leave. What you’ll do
- Lead daily venue operations with confidence and energy
- Build a culture that feels warm, polished and creatively driven
- Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing bar team
- Own the guest experience from first pour to final goodbye
- Drive financial performance, labour management and venue targets
- Work closely with culinary, marketing and events teams to create experiences that feel distinctly ANdAZ
- Keep the venue dynamic, relevant and connected to local culture Qualifications What you bring
- Experience leading premium bars, restaurants or lifestyle venues
- Strong operational and commercial acumen
- A hands‑on leadership style and calm presence under pressure
- Exceptional understanding of service, drinks and guest engagement
