- Maintain a consistent standard of high quality and well-presented dishes that align with the ALH standard. Qualifications
- Great experience working in a quick-paced kitchen and hold necessary trade cooking qualifications.
- Understand that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion, precision and productivity.
- Strong organisation and communication skills to create the best possible outcomes for our guests and the team.
- Hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g., moving stock, kegs, and deliveries); applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
