- Prepare and serve quality coffee and drinks according to brand standards.
- Create the perfect cup of coffee.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as gathering, weighing, measuring, cutting, and mixing ingredients.
- Prepare ciabatta sandwiches, wraps, croissants, and bagels.
- Ensure all products are clearly labeled for food compliance and rotate stock correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized food‑prep area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of rubbish.
- Stock and restock ingredients as needed.
- Keep food storage and preparation areas in compliance with Health & Safety standards.
- Comply with all required food standards and maintain a high standard of food preparation with strong attention to detail.
- Perform cleaning and other duties as directed. Qualifications
- Current Food Safety Certificate.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Experience as a Barista (years of experience to be specified).
- Experience with various coffee types (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).
- Customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
