About the Role As a Cook at Estia Health, you’ll work full‑time including weekends, earning $31.50 per hour plus additional weekend penalties. You’ll help create a home residents love by delivering high‑quality meals that meet individual needs. Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management.
- Tailor meals to meet individual needs and preferences.
- Ensure residents are provided with healthy, nutritious and delicious meals.
- Support the broader kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience. Qualifications
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Great communication and documentation skills.
- Some experience within a commercial kitchen (aged care highly regarded).
- Availability for Monday – Sunday work including AM, PM and ND shifts.
- Experience with a broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements in response to social, spiritual and cultural needs of residents. Advantages
