Pharmacist (Queensland)

Position Overview As a rotational Pharmacist within Redland Hospital and Bayside Health facilities, you will provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy services across diverse patient areas. You will work with an interprofessional team delivering evidence‑based patient care, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning, and patient education. You will also contribute to student supervision, clinical education, quality improvement and research activities while expanding your clinical knowledge and skilled expertise. Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services with a patient‑centred approach
- Communicate effectively within interprofessional teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Build clinical knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
