Together with Logan City Tavern, we operate fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchens focused on consistency, efficiency, and robust team culture. About the Role We are seeking a hands‑on and reliable Casual Commis Chef to support day‑to‑day kitchen operations across both venues. This dual‑venue role offers a minimum of 25+ hours per week, with the chance for additional hours based on performance and business demand. The successful candidate will rotate between Robina and Logan locations, gaining exposure to different service styles, menus, and kitchen operations. What We Offer

- Assist in daily food preparation and service across all sections
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Work efficiently during busy service periods (lunch, dinner, and functions)
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
- Support senior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture About You
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (Commis or similar level preferred)
- Ability to work across both Robina and Logan locations
- Public transport acceptable for commuting between venues
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Availability across weekdays, nights, and weekends
- Formal cookery qualifications (or currently studying) are highly regarded
