Locksmith Service Sales Gold Coast (Queensland)

SPL Security Solutions has an chance for a locksmith to join our Service and Delivery team in providing excellent customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for site visits, quoting jobs, and providing technical and remote support to internal and external customers. How you will make a difference:
- Attend site where required to understand customers' needs
- Provide technical and research services for specialist jobs
- Submit job quotes and service quotations as required
- In conjunction with the scheduler and job manager provide job management support
- Review jobs prior to invoicing to ensure information is correct
- Provide technical advice to the locksmith team
- Track and review customer experience and provide proactive customer solutions and business improvement initiatives

- You are a locksmith by trade with a sound knowledge
- You have excellent communication skills, and you enjoy working in a team-based setting
- You are solutions oriented and hands on
- You are well organised, and you have a high attention to detail
