The Role You’ll work alongside our Chef de Cuisine to bring our restaurant to life. This is a hands‑on leadership role — on the pass, in the detail, and with the team. What You’ll Do
- Lead service across all outlets, from breakfast to evening dining
- Support menu development with a focus on seasonality and local influence
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across every dish
- Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs
- Manage ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards with precision Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or solid Chef de Partie ready to step up
- A refined approach to food — technique-driven, detail-oriented, and creative
- A natural leader who builds calm, focused teams
- Robust understanding of modern food trends and classic foundations
- The ability to move with service while keeping standards high
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
