- Support the Product Managers with hands‑on administration of the full product lifecycle, from product build and maintenance to trip evaluation.
- Coordinate accurate product load on systems and websites.
- Assist with pricing, inventory management and flight estimations.
- Review advertising material and customer travel documentation.
- Communicate product updates with internal sales and marketing teams.
- Assist internal teams with product Q&A; and timely delivery of passenger manifests and travel documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers before and during trips to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Conduct post‑tour quality evaluation and elevate customer feedback. Who you are
